AIA Holland, as an established ministry, wants to reach Dutch youth with the life changing message of Jesus Christ, through sports. In 2009 together with churches in several cities, we will bring the gospel to youth in the neighbourhoods. In the last 2 years more than 1000 (recreational) athletes from 14 different countries served 80 churches in 30 cities. People have come to know God's love and accepted Jesus as their savior!

Some numbers

Numbers don't show everything God is doing. It's just the tip of the iceberg. But if it bringsabout praise for His Name, let's go for it! Our staf has grown to 30 people since 1998. Since that year, we also sent out 30 STINTs to 6 countries. We work together with some 80 churches each year, in several countries worldwide. The graph below shows the number of people sent out.

Campus Crusade for Christ

Athletes in Action is a ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ (CCC). In Holland, as well as most countries in Europe, CCC is known as Agapè. Agapè is the Greek word for unselfish (godly) love.
