HeartBeat Europe project Information
Project dates: July 16-august 5 , 2012

Price: €1200 -€1400,- (depending on currency rates and location. Not including airfare to and from London and not including site-seeing trips)
Age of team members: 18 and up. Under age 18 require their parent’s permission, or course.
Number of teams and participants:
- You can bring one or more complete teams of 10-12 people and serve one local church together. We will assign you to an AIA leader who will act as your guide and advisor.
- You can bring as many or as few people as possible (1, 5, 10, 20 people or more) and we can divide up our group among other teams to serve more than one church. Each team will have two team leaders, one male and one female.
Skills: High level and recreational athletes who love Jesus and play basketball, soccer, and volleyball, but Other sports are also welcome. Our teams also usually offer “street dance” for girls. It’s a cross between aerobic dancing and line dancing, and the girls really like it. If you have someone who can lead this or participate as a helper, that is great. Our teams also use dramas and skits during the sharing times so you can recruit others who don’t like sports but do like dramas and skits.
Site-seeing: During the project there will be no time for site-seeing so I suggest that your team take 1-2 extra days before or after the project to do this.
Schedule: The training conference will be July 16-20 in London, Great Britten. It includes speakers, training, sports, music (a live band), and much more. On the 20th each team will be transported to their ministry location. Most teams stay with host families. You outreach will be two weeks long. In these two weeks you will serve several churches in different parts of the city. On august 5th you will be travelling back to you home country. (actual dates will depend on flight availability)
